防詐騙聲明（Anti-Scam Statement）

為保障顧客權益，澳門國泰藥房提醒你提高警覺，慎防假冒本公司名義的詐騙行為。

1. 常見詐騙手法

• 冒充本公司職員／客服，要求你提供銀行帳戶、信用卡資料、一次性密碼（OTP）或登入資料
• 以「中獎、退款、補單、異常交易」等理由，誘導你點擊可疑連結或下載不明檔案/APP
• 在社交平台或即時通訊建立仿冒帳號，使用相似名稱、Logo 或圖片進行收款

2. 我們不會做的事

• 我們不會要求你提供一次性密碼（OTP）、網上銀行登入密碼或完整信用卡資料（例如 CVV）
• 我們不會要求你透過不明連結輸入敏感個人或付款資料

3. 如何核實真偽

• 請以本網站「聯絡我們」頁面或頁尾所示之官方電話/電郵與我們核實
• 對任何要求轉帳、提供敏感資料或點擊連結的訊息保持懷疑

4. 如懷疑受騙怎麼辦

• 請立即停止交易/轉帳，保留對話、截圖、收款資料與連結等證據
• 盡快聯絡相關銀行/支付平台查詢及處理
• 如有需要，向相關執法機關報案

To protect customers, Cathay Pharmacy Macau reminds you to stay vigilant against scams and impersonation.

1. Common Scam Tactics

• Impersonating our staff/customer service and asking for bank account details, card details, one-time passwords (OTP), or login credentials
• Claiming “you won”, “refund needed”, “order issue”, or “suspicious transaction” to lure you into clicking suspicious links or downloading unknown files/apps
• Creating fake accounts on social platforms/messaging apps using similar names, logos, or images to collect payments

2. What We Will Never Do

• We will never ask for your OTP, online banking password, or full card security details (e.g., CVV)
• We will never ask you to enter sensitive personal or payment information via suspicious links

3. How to Verify

• Verify using the official phone/email shown on our Website footer or the “Contact Us” page
• Be cautious of any request for transfers, sensitive information, or link clicking

4. If You Suspect a Scam

• Stop the transaction immediately and keep evidence (chat logs, screenshots, payment details, links)
• Contact your bank/payment provider as soon as possible
• Report to relevant authorities if necessary
